Uh-huh, uh, two missing, too big, let's go to you, too big, too big, as a bug, as the buttons if I'm kidding, at the stage to be everything that's you, oh you and the baby, and a stick on it, at a stage to be everything that's doing, oh you and the baby.

Uh what's up, happy people all across the land. Welcome into the show. Today's show is about the inner work, the show where we slow down and tune in. I'm your host, Sir Wall, and today we're talking about something simple in words but powerful in practice. Being good with yourself. Nah, not just loving yourself, not being positive all the time. I'm talking about being okay. Truly okay with who you are, where you are, and who you're still becoming. Because let's be honest, we live in a world obsessed with the next thing, the next job, the next partner, the next milestone, the follower counts. But very few of us stop to ask, am I actually good with me?

To be seen, to be cool, let the world know it's you. To be here, to be low, level, rise above, rise above, gotta stay funky, as they shake, be everything that you know you can be.
SPEAKER_03

So we're gonna unpack what it really means to have a good relationship with yourself, not just in a motivational poster kind of way, but in a real, sometimes messy, humid way. So let's get into it. When's the last time you looked in the mirror and really saw yourself? Not just to fix your hair or judge your face, but to check in. A lot of us don't realize how much our relationship with ourselves is shaped by noise, expectations, comparisons, and what others think we should be. But being good with yourself starts with silence, with seeing who's really in there. Let me give you an image. Imagine this. Imagine carrying a backpack that holds every expectation anyone's ever had for you. Family, boss, society, kid in high school who said you never make it. Over time that bag gets heavy. You start walking slower, you forget that half the stuff inside isn't even yours. Being good with yourself starts by opening that bag and deciding what's worth carrying. Ask yourself right now, what pressure am I carrying that doesn't belong to me? Your front row seat is a lifestyle and wellness. Fresh episodes every Monday. Subscribe and stay ahead. What voices have I mistaken for my own? Those questions could possibly be uncomfortable. But the discomfort is the doorway to self-acceptance. Here's the trap. We think we need to fix ourselves to finally like ourselves. We say, once I lose the weight, or I find a job, make that money, then I'll feel good. But that's not peace. That's negotiation. Self-acceptance isn't about ignoring growth. It's about refusing to improve as a condition for worthiness. Think about it. You can be a work in progress and still be worthy of rest, of kindness, and of pride in who you are. You can want more for your future and still celebrate what you survive. Being good with yourself is learning to occupy that tension between where you are and where you want to go without beating yourself up in the middle. Hear me say this. In my own experience, most people who encourage you to quickly get over it, move on, let go, and tell you you gotta have faith. These are people, in my opinion, who have not done the work to be good with themselves. They use quotes, scriptures, and random anecdotes, other people's lives that they have lived through as ways and advice to move you forward to a better you. Being good with yourself is personal and no one can tell you how to be good with you. Most are only concerned about the outer image. Never wanna tackle the inner work. So listen, here's an exercise that may be helpful for you. Instead of writing a to-do list, write a to be list. Who do you want to be toward yourself this week? Do you want to be more patient, more curious, more forgiving? You can start there. Let's talk about loneliness. The quiet monster that shows up when you start doing the inner work. When you stop seeking validation from outside, things can get weirdly silent. You might feel disconnected or even lost. That's normal. Push through it. Don't reach back to pull in what kept you company before or something new to replace it. Sit with it. Loneliness in this stage isn't a sign that something's wrong with you. It's proof that you're shedding noise. You're making space for your real voice. Being good with yourself isn't isolation, it's companionship with your own presence. It ain't small, it's revolutionary. So how do we actually do this? Be good with ourselves beyond just words. Here's an anchor I use. Daily self-checking. Ask yourself, how am I really? It's a microkind that may help you. Do one small thing today that's only for you. Coffee and silence. A walk with no headphones. Or five minutes of deep breathing.

There must be compassion over comparison. When you slip up or feel behind, remind yourself that progress doesn't erase value. Value doesn't depend on progress. It's never about perfection, it's about consistency and respect. If there's one thing I hope you take away from today, it's this you don't owe the world a better version of you before you can feel good about the one that exists now. Start where you are with what you have and treat yourself as someone worthy showing up for, not someday, but today. Because being good with yourself is the foundation for everything: love, friendship, creativity, and resilience. As always, folks, thanks so much for being here. I appreciate your energy and for listening to the inner work. If this resonated with you, share it with someone who needs a moment of stillness today. And remember, whoever you are, wherever you're heading, be good to yourself.

Let the world know it's you, to be cute, to be love, never love, rise above, rise above. Everything that you know you ever think that you know you can be full of stage be everything that you don't ever think that you don't be able to do, and then we're gonna be able to do it.

It's awake time, it's time to yo, dig this cosmic proof, baby. Today I come home to myself. I don't run from what I feel, I sit with it, breathe it, and listen. Every emotion, every ache, every silence. It's not a flaw, it's an invitation. I remind myself growth isn't loud. Sometimes it's the quiet decision to face what hurts and heal anyway. I release the need to rush. I release the need to be perfect. I trust the process even when I can't see the ending. Each time I turn in, I choose courage over comfort. I choose truth over performance. I choose love, starting with myself. Doing the inner work doesn't make me weak. It makes me real. It makes me whole. I'm learning to take ownership of my peace, to forgive what I couldn't fix, to thank the version of me that kept me alive until now. I am both soft and strong, patient and powerful. Enough and still becoming. Today, every day, I do the inner work with open hands and open heart, and faith that what's meant to stay will root deeper, and what's meant to leave will fall away. I am healing, I am growing, I am home.
